Do take note of our new terms and conditions....
1) For now and always, you will be entitled to FREE POSTAGE TO ANYWHERE WITHIN MALAYSIA for any purchase of RM 70 and above.....
2) We at ABE understand that online shopping can be frustrating at times e.g. when you can't fit, colour doesn't suit your skin tone, etc.....therefore, we allow exchanges and refunds provided that the piece is still in great condition as it was. All these can only be done WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU RECEIVE THE CLOTHINGS. We won't entertain anything longer than 3 days and don't try to con us because we know exactly when your parcel should reach you (after all, we posted them and we've been in this business for 6months!!).
It's only at ABE do we practice Consumer's Rights to the fullest ;)

Terms and Conditions

2. Modes of payment transactions:
Cash-on-delivery (COD) OR by post - account number will be given upon confirmation of order.
Kindly notify us as soon as you have made payments and do keep the bank-in slip for proof.
3. Pre-orders are NOT pre-orders unless stated.
4. It is required of the buyer to pay 50% of the pre-order item/s before the stated closing date.
A FULL REFUND will be given
if we fail to re-stock the pre-order/s.
5. There will be NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT if the buyer backs out/cancels.
6. Maximum period of reservation for each item is 5 days (starting from the day the reservation is made.)
7. All items sold are brand new and in excellent condition unless stated otherwise.
8. "One-piece only" clothings are used only once for photography purposes.
9. No exchanges and refunds allowed UNLESS there is a valid reason.
10. Prices are not negotiable.

12. Alternatively, FREE delivery is applicable to ANYWHERE WITHIN MALAYSIA (one destination only)
for purchases of RM 70 and above at one time.
13. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges:

- 1-2 items: Rm 6 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 8 (E’ Malaysia)
- 3-4 items: Rm 8 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 10 (E’ Malaysia)
- 5-6 items: Rm 10 (W’ Malaysia), Rm 12 (E’ Malaysia)
14. We are not responsible for any loss/damages that may occur upon delivery of items. Do bare in mind that WE DO CHECK OUR PIECES before posting them out.
15. Last but not least, if you see something you really really really really like but can't make up your mind,
JUST GET IT to avoid disappointments or regrets because we may not be able to restock certain items.
